Our comprehensive Life Resources program offers a range of services and expertise to help you and your family members manage the complexities of everyday life. Benefits include childcare and eldercare referrals, health and wellness information, legal and financial resources, and counseling services.

Health club reimbursement

The Capital Group reimburses 50% of an associate's enrollment fee in a health/fitness club (up to $150) and 50% of the associate's monthly dues (up to $37.50).

Sporting and entertainment tickets

Each year, we give every associate an allowance for tickets to local sporting, entertainment or cultural events.

Commuting and parking subsidies

Associates who use public transportation and other commuting options are eligible for a commuting benefit and/or parking subsidies up to $150 per month.
