
Annual holiday
As a full-time associate, you will be entitled to 25 days of holiday upon entry (prorated based on your hire date). In your fifth year, your annual holiday entitlement will increase to 28 days. Senior managers are entitled to 28 days per year from their start date or the year in which they are promoted to senior manager. As part of a global service recognition program valid across all of The Capital Group Companies worldwide, you will also receive an extra "bonus" week of holiday every five years.
Family leave
- Enhanced occupational payments for adoption, maternity and paternity leave are available, subject to service requirements.
- Associates are also entitled to take unpaid parental leave according to statutory guidelines.
