Associate Assistance Programme
A comprehensive program is available to all associates, their spouses, partners and members of their families living in the same household. It is a 24-hour confidential advisory and support service providing emotional and life-management assistance.
Sports club subsidy
A subsidy of £300 per annum is paid to all associates, irrespective of membership. On-site facilities are available.
Travel subsidy
An annual travel ticket will be purchased on behalf of associates, up to £1,450. Between £1,450 and £1,812, the Capital Group's contribution is £1,450, and on tickets over £1,812, 80% of the cost is paid, up to a maximum ticket price of £4,000. All amounts in excess of these figures will be deducted as an interest-free loan. Alternatively, a cycling allowance of £50 per month is available to associates who use a bicycle to get to work.
Meal subsidy
All non-exempt associates are entitled to £348 per annum.
Childcare vouchers
The Capital Group administers a salary sacrifice arrangement so that associates can participate in the Government's childcare voucher scheme.
Give As You Earn (GAYE) scheme
We operate a GAYE scheme through the monthly payroll.
