Our comprehensive Life Resources program offers a range of services and expertise to help you and your family members manage the complexities of everyday life. Benefits include childcare and eldercare referrals, health and wellness information, and counseling services.

Health and wellness reimbursement

The Capital Group reimburses up to $400* per calendar year for expenses related to health and wellness, such as health club membership fees, exercise classes (including yoga and Pilates), exercise equipment, and organized weight management programs such as Weight Watchers.

Legal assistance plan

For an affordable monthly fee, Capital associates and their dependents can receive legal advice and services for routine matters, such as assistance creating a will or trust, estate planning, real estate transactions, family law, creditor and debt matters, and more.

Sporting and entertainment tickets

Each year, the Capital Group offers associates free tickets (or an allowance for tickets) to a local sporting, entertainment or cultural event.

Flexible work schedules

We know that not everyone's life fits into the same schedule. We try to help associates balance family needs and work with flexible hours when business needs permit.

Meal discounts

Associates in many locations receive up to a 25% discount on meals at on-site or local cafeterias and restaurants.

Commuting and parking subsidies

Associates in many locations who use public transportation and other commuting options, such as car or vanpools, may be eligible for a commuting benefit. Some associates are also eligible for parking subsidies.
